Eli gave us a tour today and was AMAZING!! We’ve been on 7 tours of apartments in Gainesville and this was by far the best one. We’re going to apply to move here thanks to Eli 😁. Update: I moved in this weekend and the apartment is clean and great! Unfortunately, there were some move-in hiccups, but they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and that it wouldn’t happen to other residents in the future. Ivy is the best and so helpful!!

My move in process went very smoothly with the help of Ivy! She was very welcoming and made the process less stressful and more comfortable for me! I would recommend The Earl apartment and Ivy to everyone!
