Great maintenance staff.

Best moving experience of my life! I was driving through, checking out the complex, and asked a few people if they liked living there. All responded that they loved it. Scheduling a tour online was easy. The apartments are fully updated (usb ports in the electrical outlets, are you kidding me?!) and spacious! Pet-friendly, fully updated laundry room (in addition to the in-unit washer/dryer), lovely deep pool, plenty of parking! Ladonna is friendly, accommodating, and thorough. She walked us through what to expect for the move-in process clearly & concisely. The application process was rigorous, so you know your neighbors are cool, but not so much that it feels prohibitive or gate-keepy. Move-in costs were very affordable! We've been here a month now, and the place is peaceful, feels luxurious. We're all in new-place bliss! Thanks Ladonna! 🫶

Manager was very kind and knowledgeable about the units, amenities also prices. The units are spacious and very homie. I love it!

Lived here for about three years now and love it. The location is perfect for walkability or biking and close to downtown and campus. The staff is punctual, polite, and professional. Our maintenance man, Dean, responds immediately to any issues we’ve ever needed help with and LaDonna, the property manager, is readily available in the office or by email if you need her. Kind group of neighbors with many being here for years so a pretty stable place. Highly recommend 👍🏻
