This community offers a generally positive living experience, with many residents appreciating its spacious, home-like feel, gated security, and convenient location with good bus access to campuses and local amenities. The maintenance team consistently receives high praise for being friendly, professional, and efficient in addressing requests. However, some residents have experienced issues with amenity availability due to ongoing construction, occasional pest problems, and concerns regarding transparency and charges related to move-out cleaning and repairs.

I just moved in and I love it here. Very spacious and feels more like a home than an apartment. Very nice amenities and the community is gated in as well, making a nice vibe to everything.

Me and my Fiancé loved the tour of the complex and they had an offer where they were not charging application fee, screening fee for 2 residents, potentially saving $500. We were told move-in date is 8th August, which sort of worked for us really good. We thought things look just perfect, went home to finish applications and were redirected to payment, we were then told they'd deduct that from first months rent. We were requested our credit scores and proof of income. We complied. We were asked if we had any pets, we didn't. We paid and finished our application within a day after the tour. One week passed and no communication, we expected lease to arrive so that we can sign it. Just empty calls saying we are just finishing up your application. This call happened 2 times each with a gap of a week. After a month or so had past when we called again, we received a message asking both of us yo make a Petscreening account/profile, and we did that. A week pass and nothing. Then all of a sudden we are getting a call from them that they have Just one final apartment left and if we want that we need to sign the lease today, we saw the lease agreement and the move-in date was moved back by a week. We asked why is that and they said that's the best they could do and we have no other option. We were furious. we didn't get an apartment, we are only a few moths away from moving out and we lost about $600. We do our filtering based on Google reviews seeing if ther is something on reddit, and the reviews were OK, and we wanted to move, genuinely. But the whole experience makes us feel we dodged a bullet, I guess we were just not the right fit for them, maybe we didn't check all the boxes they might have on mind but could not put on paper. God knows what would have been the experience after we moved in. We applied else where, and got completely different experience, calls multiple times while finishing the application, leasing team willing to talk to us even on weekends, discounts on application fees and 2 months off. So... It worked out eventually, but Spyglass definitely gave us a headache and took $500 we are never seeing back. if you read this far - - - AVOID.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE After Rangewater took over management, the property is in a horrible state. Pool closed. Grills broken. After-hour hotline shut down. Internet you are forced to pay for does not respect anyone's privacy (shared password among all residents). GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND MAKE SURE IT'S NOT MANAGED BY RANGEWATER! Personally, I had a serious water leak, had to fight so that they investigate the inside of the wall and found large-scale mold growth. The remediation company hired by management worked without containment, and painted over mold on porous materials instead of removing them, criminal violations of Florida mold remediation regulations. Despite repeated requests, no air quality data has been shared with me as the tenant living in the affected unit. Today, a tree fell on a bunch of cars. The advertised after-hour maintenance number goes straight to voicemail: "we will call you back during business hours" - what a joke. There is a massive safety hazard on the parking lot and absolutely no one can be reached.
