This property offers a highly convenient location directly across from campus, with spacious apartments and a nice kitchen, making day-to-day living quite accessible. Many students appreciate the welcoming community and the attentive, friendly staff who are consistently praised for their helpfulness, especially during the leasing and maintenance processes. However, a recurring concern among some residents has been the ongoing construction, which has occasionally led to noise disruptions and temporary closures of amenities, alongside some feedback about thin walls impacting privacy.

Not great. Elevator frequently broken. Long running renovation project blocked almost all windows and patios for entire year. Leasing office staff condescending maybe marginally competent. Unwarranted fees on move-out, but that seems the norm around here.

Can’t recommend. Constant construction with no reduction in the very high rent, terrible building design, new elevator is out of service due to lightning. The pool is nice but there are very limited public spaces. I’ve lived here less than two months and can’t imagine living here longer.

Pros: The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is nice, literally across the street from campus, covered parking. Cons: Walls are paper thin (you will hear everything going on within your unit and others), constant construction, raised rent It's alright. The pros are redeeming, but when I am woken up around 7 in the morning every day because of drilling, hammering, or someone on the construction team yelling, I cannot say it has been enjoyable. To add to that, I feel like I have no privacy at any time because of how thin these walls are. Anyone in the living room/kitchen can hear you from any room in the unit, and you can hear anyone in the living room/kitchen like they are right next to you.

Sarah at social 28 was super helpful- we got a tour on short notice. Place looks clean, well run, there are renovations happening right now but all positive, great location and very accessible to campus.
