Residences at Markets West

I've been here going on a year here at Residences at Market West. I love the location, friendly neighborhood and quit. The area has less trees that are non threatening from major storms from damaging the Apartments. We have an awesome Staff and Maintenance crewethat serve you in a timely matter. Not far from Hwy 75 if traveling north or south. Nice clean environment with Gym, lounge, Swimming pool, dog park, etc. If you need a place to stay i encourage you to visit Residences at Market West. Guaranteed no regrets. Office Staff will take care of you. God bless

I moved here November 2024 and I have loved every single minute of it. This was my first time living on my own and I would recommend this property over and over again. The amenities are great, and I made use of the pool every chance I got. The only thing was the wasps swimming along with me lol. Maintenance is so quick and easy to get a hold of. The leasing office is full of beautiful individuals who say hi to you everytime they see you. Kirby was excellent! I wish I could extend my lease but sadly I’ll be moving out of state.

My family and I really enjoyed living here for 2+ years. We loved the staff as they were super friendly and it made our experience even better.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick to respond whenever needed. The amenities and atmosphere really make it feel like resort-style living every day. It’s clean, modern, and comfortable, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed calling this home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury living in Gainesville.

Moved in recently and am absolutely in love with this community! The apartment is spacious and bright, has high ceilings, and is quiet. There is accessible parking all around. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous and this is now my sunset view on a pretty regular basis. I was worried reading the reviews at first and I'm sure there might be slight variations between units but I'm happy and wanted to contribute with a positive review in case anyone else is looking for a quality but still affordable place in Gainesville!
