Park Lane Apartments

I have lived at Park Lane Apartments since 2023. When I first moved in, the community was well managed and I had a great experience. Unfortunately, since the current property manager took over, I have seen a noticeable decline in maintenance, security, communication, and overall management. Although advertised as a gated community, unauthorized people regularly use the amenities, the gym security door has been repeatedly damaged, abandoned vehicles remain on the property, the hot tub has been closed for over six months, and the pool was closed for an extended period due to Health Department concerns. I also had a defective dryer that increased my electric bill by about $250 per month for three months. Maintenance confirmed the dryer was not heating properly and replaced it, but despite providing documentation, my reimbursement request was denied. I appreciate Maintenance Manager LaRay, Assistant Manager Sasha, and Leasing Professional Bryce, who have always been professional and helpful. Because of these ongoing issues and the lack of resolution from management, we have decided not to renew our lease. I hope Willow Bridge addresses these concerns and restores the quality of the community.

I’m sure living here used to be nice. But my recent experience here has been far from comfortable. The construction which I was told during move-in would be from 8am-5pm M-F. The reality is you here the construction vehicles start pulling in and beeping at 4am-5am 7 days a week and the construction workers are still working and banging things when I get home at 7pm. So you wake up to construction sounds and hear them basically till the time you get ready for bed at night. And it’s everyday of the week. I am upset because this is something I specifically asked about and the answer I received was simply not true. Another issue is the apartment complex announcing all these new charges they have no business in adding or forcing the residents here into. Charges that were NEVER discussed before moving here. The construction sounds take away so much from living here bc you CONSTANTLY hear loud beeping and banging all day long even on the weekends. You can’t even sleep in last 6am on the weekends. Sasha and Jayda are both very great and helpful but it seems like these issues are out of their hands. I regret moving here and I’m confused how there are no negative reviews. But I did see that the google reviews option was removed for a few months so I suspect washing away of the bad reviews…
