Park Avenue

I’ve been living at park Avenue for about a year and I will say this is one of the cleanest apartment communities I’ve lived in. The amenities are good, pool is beautiful. The gym could use a bit more machines especially with the space given. Maintenance is fast but I feel as though they can be a bit inconsistent at times as far as actually solving the issue. I’ve had to put in 3 ac requests within a month, and I still have issues with it occasionally. It also makes my electric bill very high. My lease is up in a month and I feel as though they’re being a bit petty with me. The main reason I’m rating three stars is because of the garage and parking. I’ve lived in numerous apartment places and I’ve never had one be so strict and adamant about parking. I don’t understand the issue with it, especially when there are no garages available. When I was confronted about it the manger said “we aren’t that type of community.” I’m not sure exactly what that’s referring to but I have a car I’m currently repairing. It has been a constant issue about it, even though I tried in advance to get a garage for this issue. I was told none are available but I also can’t have my car on jacks parked on the property. Granted management did give me a timeframe which is fine but, a bit extra in my opinion. I’m not understanding how management can give an issue about parking when there are no garages available. I feel as though they could try to be more lenient with their tenants especially if they are going through things or coming to the end of their lease. There’s also a limit to how many cars you can have as well, on top of the visitors parking being very far. There’s plenty of parking and I feel as though management can be very nit picky about this situation. I wish I didn’t have to walk on eggshells living in the community. There’s also a heavy no smoking policy, which is fine but if you are a smoker I’d definitely look elsewhere. If you have multiple vehicles or you need a garage you definitely aren’t gonna be able to do that here.

I lived at Park Avenue Apartments for two years, and it was a wonderful experience. The community is safe, beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and a cozy home environment. I especially enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful walking trail connected to it. The clubhouse lounge and monthly community events were also excellent. Most importantly, the leasing office staff, including Mr. Atzinger, were always dedicated, kind, and helpful. Also, every time I submitted a maintenance request, the office handled it with great care, and I was always satisfied with the service. I have recommended Park Avenue Apartments to my friends, and I would gladly recommend this wonderful community to others as well.
