This community offers modern apartments and fantastic amenities like a gym, pool, and common areas that are generally well-maintained and clean, making it feel like a luxury experience for many residents. Its location is safe and quiet, though it might be a bit far for students without good bus connections. However, some residents have reported issues with inconsistent billing, amenities occasionally being out of service, and thin walls that can lead to noise from neighbors.

1 star. Chronic billing misconduct — do not rent here without reading this first. I have been a resident at Noble on Newberry for over a year. The unit itself is fine, but the billing and management practices have been among the worst I have ever encountered. Here is what happened to me: — My ledger was altered multiple times without any notice or explanation. Charge amounts changed between statements, items appeared and disappeared, and the totals were inconsistent from one week to the next. — Management confirmed in writing that my rent, internet, and trash fees had all been paid in full — yet those same charges continued to appear as "Unpaid" on my ledger. — I was issued a formal Three-Day Eviction Notice citing an unpaid NSF fee. When I logged in to pay that fee immediately, it did not appear anywhere on my payment portal. — The internet fee changed from $75.00 to $43.28 between two statements with no explanation. A new water charge appeared on a later statement that had never been mentioned before. — Payments I submitted were not applied to my account in a timely or consistent manner, making it impossible to verify my balance. — When I requested a signed, itemized statement confirming what each charge actually represented, management did not provide one. — Noble's internal billing portal and the independent third-party utility provider (Conservice) showed different amounts for the same charges in the same billing period. I have kept records of every payment, every email, and every version of my ledger. I am not the only resident to experience this — other reviews here reflect the same pattern of billing confusion and lack of transparency. If you are considering renting here, document everything from day one. Keep screenshots of your ledger every time you log in. Get everything in writing. The management staff may seem helpful, but the billing system is unreliable and the discrepancies are never proactively corrected — you have to fight for every correction yourself.

If you value peace, dignity and being treated fair, then avoid this place like. When it was time to move out, the staff gave me till 5pm because that’s what time they leave got the day. This is not what’s stated in my lease. I was fined for things I had no control over because they forced me out 6 hours earlier than my scheduled time. The elevator broke and I was told by staff that it’s not their issue and to take the stairs when it came to moving my things. I repeatedly was mocked and laughed at by the girls at the front desk. Even my disabled child was made fun of. The experience was horrible. The bugs never stopped and you can hear the ppl above and below you. You can hear every foot step! It’s a beautiful place but the staff needs to be replaced.

Since the new management took over, the quality of living in this community has noticeably declined. I intentionally waited several months before writing this review, hoping to see improvements. Unfortunately, after more than three months, the situation has not improved. Many of the amenities we were promised either don’t work or remain unavailable. The pool, grills, and even the coffee machine have been out of service for extended periods. We’ve repeatedly been told that repairs are “in progress,” but it’s unclear why replacing or fixing basic equipment takes this long. Maintenance and cleanliness have also become serious concerns. Residents frequently have to go out of their way to avoid animal waste around the property. On one occasion, there was animal feces inside the main entrance that remained there for over 24 hours. This is unacceptable for a property charging premium rent. Most concerning, however, are ongoing billing issues. Residents have been charged incorrect amounts multiple times. Even after bringing these errors to management’s attention, the charges have not been properly corrected. At the same time, residents are being encouraged to enroll in automatic payments, which makes it easier for small overcharges to go unnoticed. We chose to live here—and pay a high rent—because we expected a well-managed, professionally maintained community. Since the management change, that standard has not been met. I hope this review encourages meaningful improvements for current and future residents. Update May 2026: the grills are still out of order (more than half a year) and the pool is out of order the whole May. Shout out to cleaning/maintenance staff (Jeniffer and Gary) for doing the best!
