Georgetown Apartments

I am still currently living at Georgetown Apartments, and I truly enjoy calling this place home. The property manager does an outstanding job and is always professional, friendly, and willing to help. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. The maintenance team is also great. Whenever something needs to be fixed, they respond quickly and handle requests in a timely and professional manner. The property stays clean and well-maintained. The pool area is always kept nice, the grounds are cared for, and the community has a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into keeping Georgetown Apartments a great place to live. I’m happy to be a resident here and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I had a really disappointing experience with the leasing office at Georgetown Apartments. While I was there, I overheard staff speaking negatively about a prospective tenant who had just left the office. It felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. If this is how they talk about people who are interested in living there, it makes you wonder how residents are spoken about when they aren’t around. Leasing offices are supposed to be welcoming and respectful, and this interaction gave the opposite impression. Customer service and professionalism should be a priority, especially when dealing with people who are considering making the property their home. Unfortunately, the behavior I observed did not reflect that at all

I absolutely love living here!!! I moved in a couple months ago and the maintenance guy Hugo has been phenomenal! The regional Manager TJ has also been phenomenal! I just had an issue with my AC going out and because I have health issues I was worried about the temperature getting too hot and me passing out and I live alone. I went down and let them know and even showed my butt a little bit which is very out of character for me. They promptly came up here and looked at it and are looking at creative solutions to try and fix it until an AC repairman can come tomorrow. This is one of a million different things that they have gone above and beyond in every way to help with any upraising issues. If you're looking for a place to live I highly suggest here. I've never felt so pampered and so attended to as a resident. 🥰 And my apartment is huge! Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience for me

I have been a resident for 6 years. Ms. Robin is the best manager ever. She is always helpful and professional. This place has really turned around since she has been in office. If there is ever and issue she fixes it right away. Ms. Robin is very knowledgeable in this field. I feel great knowing that she’s here 😊 she is LITERALLY the only reason I resigned my lease
