I scheduled an appointment to view this property through their AI scheduling service ("Lisa"). I arrived a few minutes early and waited, but no leasing agent ever showed up. After waiting several minutes, I emailed the company to let them know no one had arrived, but the response was not helpful. I then called the office and received no answer. As a last resort, I called the maintenance line, and they gave me a direct number for the management company. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist me either. I was told that their scheduling system uses AI to book appointments, but it does not appear to confirm the appointment with an actual staff member. As a result, I wasted about 45 minutes of my time driving to and waiting at the property for a showing that never happened. The management company told me someone would contact me, but no one ever did. This was a very frustrating experience and reflected a lack of communication and professionalism.

I really love my mobile home and the property is set up so nice. It’s spacious with stainless steel appliance and the landscaping is awesome. Deanna is the property manager and is so nice. Whenever, I have a question or issue she is sure to get back with me.
