Cobblestone Apartments

It's been one year since we moved in, and we've enjoyed living here so much that we renewed our lease. The staff is friendly, the community is generally well maintained, and the location is excellent. We really like our townhome, which made renewing an easy decision. My biggest complaint is the parking. There are three things prospective residents should know: 1. Some parking spaces are very tight. Many residents choose to park in the larger spaces, even if they're farther from their own unit. We happen to live near several of the larger spaces, so they're almost always occupied by people from other buildings. 2. Some spaces are permanently reserved for garbage truck access. While I understand the reason, it does reduce the number of available parking spaces in an area where parking can already be limited. 3. Parking is completely open. This has both advantages and disadvantages. It's convenient for guests because they don't have to worry about permits or being towed. However, it also means anyone can park here, and I've seen non-resident vehicles remain parked for weeks without issue as long as they're operational. There have been many times when I've come home and had to park well away from my townhome because no nearby spaces were available. Is it the end of the world? No. But after a long day, it's frustrating not being able to park close to your own home. I understand that open parking is part of the lease and likely a decision made by the property's management company. I just wish this had been emphasized during the leasing process. It wouldn't have changed my decision to move here, but it's something I would have appreciated knowing upfront so my expectations about parking were more realistic. Overall, we've had a positive experience living here and plan to continue enjoying the community. If parking were improved, I would have very few complaints.

My wife and I only lived in Gainesville one year but we were so glad we chose these apartments! They are in a great area with great amenities. We also liked that it made it feel like a home - would recommend! The management was great as well!

Approaching our 1-year anniversary of moving into the Cobblestone community, and we have been nothing but impressed ever since. In fact, we've already renewed our lease. The community and facilities are well-maintained and the apartments are great. Everyone involved with Cobblestone work so hard to make this place feel like home, from the fast-acting and friendly maintenance/landscaping staff to the dedicated people in the front office (shoutout John and Avery). Looking forward to living here for a long while!

For the price point this is a good apartment complex in Gainesville. I’m a big fan of the design of the townhomes here especially inside and how each room has a certain charm and restroom. I appreciate the team that works here I believe they always go the extra mile and work accommodate the residents well.

Moved here a year ago, was convinced that it was a great place. The walls are very thin, maintenance does an extremely poor job (might as well fix things yourself), and office staff isn't helpful (friendly enough though). This complex is just a thin, shabbily put together conglomeration of cardboard boxes made to look like apartments. This area is ok-ish if you're a student and don't mind being able to hear your neighbors fart. I genuinely can't wait until I can move away. Edit: It's been 2 years since moving and this place wasn't so bad, it's great compared to a lot of places
