Century Town Center

I’ve been a resident for 2+ years now and they recently changed all staff which are great. Jeremiah is great with keeping up any maintenance I have needed, fixing them immediately. Great service!

We have lived here for over a year now and, overall, have been very pleased. Our two bedroom 4th floor unit is quiet and very spacious, with large rooms, high ceilings and a nice screened in balcony (with a wonderful view of the small pond and nearby woods). The complex is calm and serene, with nicely maintained grounds, and is very convenient to nearby shopping, the University and I-75. The staff here are fantastic. Gina and Robyn are an absolute pleasure and are always happy to help in any way they can. And Cliff, the Maintenance person, has been very helpful as well (not that we have needed him all that much). The maintenance of the interior common areas, including the hallways and elevator, could be a little better (including the valet trash process), but this is by no means a dealbreaker. Overall, this is a very nice place to live and is highly recommended! UPDATE (June 2, 2026): We had several maintenance issues (dishwasher; HVAC) that were tended to on a very timely manner. The entire maintenance team (Jeremiah, Jamari and Cecil) were very courteous, professional and knowledgable. Jamari even came on a Saturday when he was off duty (i.e., on call) to treat a non-working air conditioner. Their help was greatly appreciated. The complex is under new management and, overall, appears to be very focused on increasing effeciency and addressing deferred maintenance and other unaddressed issues. I continue to highly recommend renting here.

Carmen is the best!! She was very hospitable and engaging. We had a blast touring the entire community. Loved it!

Extremely inefficient communication with the leasing office….
