Bradford Oaks Apartments

Very quite nice place to call home. The maintenance team administration team does the best to accommodate you with whatever issue you may have and try to fix it as soon as possible.

I have been living here for over a year and I have genuinely loved the little space I have for myself. This is a great complex for first time apartment seekers because the rent is not expensive compared to the average apartment cost in Tallahassee. You get a room and closet to yourself and you share a bathroom and common areas with roommates. The community is nice some people are a bit loud since we are near all of the major colleges in town you can hear people getting lit every now and then lol. Overall great place for a social butterfly and even for those that just wanna be out on their own! G maintenance has been nothing but helpful and efficient! Our a/c went out a couple of days ago and he came in and took care of our a/c showed us a picture of the fixed unit and also explained what was wrong with it! He was fast and able to complete multiple work orders on short notice! The staff is very friendly sometimes I have had trouble about contacting them by phone but stopping in person seems to be the best option when it comes to communicating!!

This is my first year living at Bradford Oaks and it has been awesome! That staff is friendly and the rooms are a big size. My dog enjoys walking around the area, and it is a short walk to FSU from here, or to the bus stop. The parking is free and they do not tow which is awesome for when a friend or family member comes to visit. They also have a few community events which are a good way to get engaged with your neighbors. Overall a great place to live at a great price!

Great experience. The property manager is the most honest and humane property manager that I have had. He’s not one of the ones that will sell you a dream just to get a lease signed. With staying in the community there’s events like twice a month. Also, the work orders gets done the next day no time waited. It’s a very good and affordable place for college students.

Love the staff and maintenance here. They really care about their residents and it shows. Today, Bradford Oaks is hosting a cookout for residents and it has been a great opportunity to get to know George and the rest of the staff. This is a great affordable housing option for students! I haven’t had any trouble with anyone here and I look forward to what this year brings!
