I can’t say enough good things about my leasing specialist, Dylan! I was moving my life from Tennessee to Florida, and Dylan went above and beyond to make the process effortless. He took the initiative, prioritized my questions/concerns , and honestly made my experience one of the most easiest process of a stressful event like moving. I am so grateful for his dedication and care, he’s truly an angel ( a major reason I specifically chose this property) —highly, highly recommend ! Also the property is nice, clean and spacious. I am so thankful to find an establishment where people actually care about there tenants. I put a maintenance order in and not even a hour passed it was fixed . Big s/o to Chris , maintenance, who also does a wonderful job with keeping the property tidy .

Dylan was an absolutely amazing host. He was very accurate. He was very enthusiastic showed every point explained everything perfectly well would recommend.

I've been here for 1 year. I love it here. I'm handicapped, easy to get in and out of my apartment.Very quiet, everybody is nice. Kaylee is great property manager. Sweet, always ready help out. Anytime I needed maintenance Chris is right here the same day or the next day.
