Aspen Ridge Apartments

Quiet apartment complex. Rent is good. Mostly families in our building. Office staff is very friendly, very attentive, and willing to assist with any issues we’ve encountered immediately. Maintenance is also great.

I lived there for 2 years and it was great. It is a very quiet area. Maintenance requests were solved the same day and efficiently. It has clean common areas and it’s a great place to sit outside and see the squirrels. We left because we needed to, but it is a good place to live. :)

I really liked living at Aspen Ridge! The front office staff are amazing especially their leasing specialist Jade and Neddie their community manager. The previous community manager was fine but Neddie has been putting forth a lot of effort to make the community better and it has been noticed. The apartment was really cute and I loved the kitchen window. Only reason I’m leaving is a better deal closer to work and I needed more space

Exceptional Experience at Aspen Ridge! I had the pleasure of meeting Nettie and Sarah at an event for U.S. Military Veterans, and I was immediately impressed! The Greenwich Green / Aspen Ridge team's product, packaging, and overall presentation truly stood out from the crowd. Nettie mentioned that a unit was available and that someone was standing by ready to give me a tour. Without hesitation, I went straight over and was warmly welcomed by the amazing Ashley. She guided me through a thorough tour, answered all my questions with professionalism and care, and walked me step-by-step through the application process. Aspen Ridge is a quiet, hidden gem full of warmth and community spirit. The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and supported. I’m truly impressed with the quality of service and the genuine dedication of everyone involved. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new place to call home!

This is such a quaint, homey place. It’s so calm being here and a convenient location. We ended up with a much larger apartment than intended because the price was so good. The foliage in view out the windows are just gorgeous every day; I’ve watched birds in the trees with my dogs. The whole team is great and I really appreciated that Nettie was upfront with the property criticism (mainly left dog poop from tenants) but it’s honestly not even that bad of an issue other than the first pup station near the front of the complex has a lot so we stay away. The only issue I’ve had is frequent annoyances with one close-by ghetto resident who is often loud/intoxicated outside, but we just ignore it and even that is just one person in the entire complex. Everyone else seems so nice and respectful of others. I walk the complex multiple times a day with my dogs and it’s always quiet. It feels very safe. It sounds kind of cheesy, but this place has felt like a home rather than an apartment from day one so we intend to stay a long time! Added some photos of our pups enjoying the area (of course my derpy dog had to hilariously poop IN the bushes)! ☺️
