Arbor Park Apartments

My time in arbor park was overall not a bad experience, until the end. Since I was moving from Miami, my sister did the original tour for me. At the time (3 years ago) it wasnt a great experience for her, however I overlooked this and still moved in. The community manager changed to iris a few months later. Iris is great. She is ready to help when ever needed. The maintenance team was phenomenal. After my first year , I really needed a bigger place so I let Iris know. I was kinda picky about this so I knew it would take time, so I renewed twice. It was time for renewal again, and I happen to have an interaction with Anastasia. ( Iris manager) this interaction changed my mind, I would not be renewing again. As amazing as Iris is, if Anastasia treats her employees anything like she treated me, I feel horrible for the team at Arbor Park. As long as Iris is there you will be in good hands.

Fiorella lady that gave us the tour was very helpful kind and respectful! Made clear and broke down the numbers easy to understand. The manager came out was very nice and helpful as well. Even gave me a lemonade! I am very excited about renting from here for my mom and nepfew. Its clean and very roomy and pleasant apartments. Close to Dollar Tree and nice pool and laundry facility as well. Lots of storage and closet space too! I would highly recommend 👌

Very disappointed with my experience. As an out-of-state applicant relocating from Connecticut to Florida, I scheduled a virtual appointment in advance only to be told that walk-ins are given priority. This made the appointment feel meaningless and showed little consideration for prospective residents who cannot visit in person. Customer service and communication were lacking, and the overall experience was frustrating. I expected a higher level of professionalism from a community that is seeking new residents. I would not recommend Arbor Park based on my experience.
