Moving into my new community was such a smooth and stress-free experience thanks to Solangel! From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions promptly, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. What could have been a stressful move turned into a smooth sailing experience because of her dedication and excellent communication. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Solangel to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service. I’d like to start by thanking Josie and the Westgate staff for being incredibly helpful throughout the leasing and moving process. I’m a bit of an anxious person when it comes to this kind of stuff, but everybody was incredibly patient despite my numerous calls verifying every step of the application process. Furthermore, they were extremely accommodating when it came to the application itself and locking down rates, for instance we initially signed for a more expensive rate for the A2, but when we saw the next day the same model for cheaper, we requested if we could potentially get that rate instead. The staff accommodated us so well and worked quickly to get us a similar room for that cheaper rate, which was a shot in the dark to begin with I thought, but Josie really came through. When it came to moving into the apartment itself, everything was clean and functioning pretty well, save for a little bug issue that initially threw us off. However, when we let the leasing office know they quickly put us on a list for that Friday to get our place fumigated, and informed us we can manually request to be apart of the pest service that comes through every Friday (something to be aware of in case you got a little bug problem). TLDR they moved quick and help give us peace of mind super fast, and on top of it all they even gave us some credit for the trouble. All in all I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the staff, and the apartment itself is amazing and everything we could’ve asked for. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we’re super close to so many food places and supermarkets. For me I got no problems walking around the block at night, and the side walk at the front of the block makes for a pretty solid running path if you’re into that. Solid apartment and couldn’t ask for a better staff. Only thing I’d really critique is I wish the packages not placed in Amazon boxes were a little more organized. Ik it’d be a lot, but other apartments at least would have stuff separated by building or names. Just a little thing but we’ve been able to find our stuff fine each time so nothing too crazy. Thanks Westgate and hoping there are more positives yet to come. (Please give Josie and everybody props they’re doing great work😁)
