Everytime I called the office I felt dismissed when I called to have something fixed since one time my request on the app wasn’t received . I called one time and Ana rushed me off the phone. Yes they do coverup whatever is broken but temporary cheap bathroom paint for the tub cause it chips off. My ceiling roof when I would cook leak water and it was covered with temporary plaster that would fall in my food while cooking cause I guess the heat from cooking . Anywho Ana you called me several times rushing me to pick up a deposit when I told you I work out of state so I will unfortunately pick the money up because that is what works best for me . Well anywho thanks for constantly calling me regarding a deposit that you guys kept ! Only thing they care about was their rent on the first and if your residents feel this way that’s not good thing ok bye. Do better to your residents. And upgrade for the price

Terrible place to live. Everything is always broken, maintenance only puts bandaids to problems, management is not helpful with anything and will tell you whatever answer to get you out of their face. Please apply and live somewhere else this place is HORRIBLE

very quiet and peaceful. HOWEVER when i decided to leave i left no damaged what so ever no stains dirt or marks anywhere and they still found a reason to take my deposit this hurted me after being such a good tenant scrubbing the place from top to bottom their excuse was the carpet is too flat in the bedroom which my bed and dresser was there for 2 years that is NOT damage if you do not want to be scammed out of your deposit then save your money and go else where you will NEVER get your deposit back this was cruel and i never imagine this would happen i have been checking with other complexes to see if that was a “thing” and they all seemed confused as to why my deposit was taken if there was no damaged rips of any kind to the rug , i also had rent assistance checks they did not want to accept because a previous worker requested it in his name just a very NOT HONEST community and too close to being scammed literally in my face RUN there are better places !

Let me explain to you about the price this neighborhood is not a good neighborhood it's right next to Lauderdale deep side there's a lot of crime in this neighborhood. For the price that they want you can literally go to a brand new complex implantation and pay the same money
