Vista Verde at Sunrise

If I could give Vista Verde 10 stars, I would! My years here have truly been phenomenal. Maintenance was rarely needed, and when it was, it was handled seamlessly. I can count on one hand the number of times I ever had to call. Kathleen and Rodolfo are an absolute dream team, and the newest addition to the office staff is just as sweet and welcoming. This entire team made every interaction a pleasure. As I wrap up my time here, I just want to express my sincere gratitude. Vista Verde gave my two boys and me a home we’ll never forget and that means everything. If you’re searching for a place that truly feels like home, look no further. You will not regret it.

I took my time to read some of the reviews, and honestly, it’s funny because I’ve lived here for 3 years. I first had a 1-bedroom in Building 2, but I moved because people were partying by the pool almost every day and making too much noise. Then I moved to Building 8 in the back because it looked really nice. Now there is a motorcycle club next to my building, and they make a lot of noise. When you call the building manager, they say they can’t do anything about it. My bathroom has been leaking water all the way into my closet, and my belongings got wet. I contacted them every single week, and they never replied. I also went to the office in person to report the issue, but nothing was ever fixed. On top of that, my Lamborghini was towed from the parking garage spot that I pay $250 per month for. When I spoke to the towing company, the driver said I couldn’t park there. I told him it was my paid parking spot, and he said he didn’t care because if the office called, that meant I was wrong. He asked me for $150. I gave him $200, and he was supposed to give me $50 back, but he drove off. When I followed him, he told me he didn’t have to give me change and that they have their own rules. He said I could make a police report if I wanted to. You can move here if you want that’s your money. But this place has a lot of problems. You may be happy for the first two months, but disappointed for the rest of the year.

If you want to get your car towed this is the perfect place to move to! had a guest come over and the towing company was called 5 mins after we parked before i could arrive upstairs to register the visitor parking on their car. I attempted to reach out to the leasing office to see if there’s something they could do or if they have a system where they allow you ample time to (at least) make it out your car and inside your apartment before a tow truck was called. I arrived home at 12:35 am and when i spoke to the towing company they told me that they were contacted at 12:39am. leasing agent said theres nothing they could do once the company was called (you’d think they’d allow more time before calling if situation was so dire), then suggested “maybe i should’ve registered my guest before 10pm” or “maybe you should’ve let them stay in the car while you go upstairs to do the parking”. You’d think that after being a tenant here for over a year they would’ve showed more compassion. We ended up paying $200 for the 1 night to a shady company that only accepts certain types of payments. I emailed and called the office but after talking to the agent she let me know she had to get off the phone with me because she had someone in front her in office…. also said she would escalate issue to manager, reply to my email and then call me back. None of that was done. nobody reached back out and my email is still left without reply. This is the type of neglect I’ve faced being a tenant here for over a year. This was my first and only concern i’ve ever attempted to address with them and i ended up with no resolution. Not even a call back to say they’ve considered what i said and would try to put something in place for the future just straight dismissal!!
