Venice Cove Apartments

From what I see on the site the units look very spacious . I saw that they had availability and called to enquirer about the unit and they told me it was awaiting list🤷🏽‍♀️why have it on a website if there no availability. I guess I’ll keep trying

Overall, I like the community. Love to see the kids outside playing together. The residents are polite and respectful. Ms. Felicia, in the office, is always very professional and helpful. Maintenance responds quick to work orders. They're respectful as well. My only issue is that on the weekends there's no maintenance on the property for grounds keeping and trash accumulates. It's embarrassing to have guest over and see it. Also, the play ground area needs a refresh and more things for kids to play on.

I wanna live here! I spoke with a lady by the name of Felicia Green extremely nice. I’ve been calling for about a month and she’s always pleasant when I speak to her when I’m asking about any vacancies.I’m not even a tenant at this place yet ! But hopefully one day I will be a tenant because people like Miss Felicia are awesome to take time out of her day for someone who is not a tenant To be so kind to me after all the questions I asked her!!! I would like to thank Felicia the property manager. She is professional, understanding and she really care about the residents. I have lived her almost 5 years. Since we got the new property managers and maintenance team this community has done a 360. Before when you put in a maintenance request it would take 4-5 weeks for anything to be done. I had two issues and they both were resolved within 24 hours. I put in a request today about 11:00 am. It’s ‘s 3:54 and a company was sent to my unit and fixed the issue. The residents are grateful to have great property managers like Felicia here to help us.

Ms Felicia, has been a blessing to my family and I. My first initial visit to the office I explained my situation and she said keep coming and I did.She helped me and guided me and gave me great advice and resources to help me even when the place wasn't available. I still came and finally I'm in my place in Venice Cove and i love it. She always had a smile on her face. She is the best. I will forever be thankful for the help and welcoming she gave us. Ms. Felicia deserves it all. Thank you again for all you done
