Great neighborhood

I've been here just shy of two months as a renter, and I'm very happy. It's a clean, well maintained, quiet community. While it's a bit older, it's had recent paint and concrete work, so it looks pretty good. There's an on-site maintenance man who keeps the grounds and parking area neat. I've had limited contact with the management company but found them friendly and competent. Laundry facilities are good, designated parking is appreciated, and the riverside pool and pool deck feel just a little bit upscale in this affordable complex. It's very convenient on Oakland Park Blvd just west of Federal, but it's well off the highway and almost hidden. I advise visitors that if you blink, you'll miss it.
