It was time to get my son his first apartment. I was so skeptical, I didn’t think I’d find anything he liked. I applied to several properties and got disheartened by the post-covid “nobody wants to do any work” attitudes. Then I pulled up to The Osprey on Commercial just east of University in Tamarac. The office manager Althea Thompson treated us like we were long lost family. Her right-hand, Destine, was just as courteous and filled in with the same attention to detail and excellence in service as Althea … which showed surprising consistency. The maintenance man Dan, dealt with us like we were on an orientation tour at a top-tier college campus and picked out the best available unit for my athlete son. I knew I was in the right place. If you need a new spot and you want to be treated like you matter then The Osprey is where you should be.
