St. Croix Apartments

Literally Ms.Marjorie, that’s the topic. Every young lady like me NEEDS to come across a Marjorie at least once in their life. she’s a God-send, she’s such a good person. so patient & understanding. this process was nothing short of stressful for me, & she walked me through everything. this is my first apartment, & i didn’t know what i was walking into, but meeting her made everything doable. she’s perfect for her job. i’m not going to make this too long, but ms.Marjorie is the best.🫶🏽

It was great. The class was good. I have a new resume and covered letter. I applied for 6 jobs in class! I am hopeful! thank you Monique for you help.

The staff is wonderful all around. Very attentive, friendly, and always prompt whenever I have an issue (which isn’t often). I also appreciate how involved they are in the community. They’re always hosting fun events, doing holiday giveaways, and putting together educational programs that make the complex feel welcoming and connected. It’s nice to live somewhere that goes the extra mile. Overall, highly recommend!

Great place to reside at the ladies in the office is awesome they very helpful people I appreciate that they come together as a team to make great things happen for the community as in the food giveaways and parties for the holidays🫶🏾. And I also want to give a shout to the maintenance crew for keeping up with the grounds and around the areas. And always on point with work orders when placed even same day service if not busy, but definitely next day after work order placed.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I love the changes Ms Marjorie has made since she’s been the manager. Honestly the entire staff is amazing. We still have some challenges but the improvement is what I see. Attached is the pictures from the Holiday breakfast from the staff. This was so nice and thoughtful. I’m not sure if anyone took the time out to say thank you but I wanted to make sure to let you know that my family & I appreciate the fact that we were thought of.
