Moved in here a few months ago and i have no complaints. Building is run strictly but fairly. kept clean and security feels like they are everywhere. yes could use a few updates in the gym and clubhouse. lots of these online complaints are privately owned condos owners who rent there condos out. cheapest building in this fun and vibrant neighborhood and run with care.

Noisy building, dishonest, ineffectual management. Edit: If you expect honesty and competency from a management company, then condo living at Sole probably isn't for you.
