Moving to Sky Building has been one of the best decisions I have made. I moved in about a month ago and I could not be happier with my apartment and the overall experience. From day one, the team has been exceptional. Nicole, Yeny, Moni, Sean, and the entire maintenance staff have been responsive, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Every interaction has been positive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s hard to describe, but there’s just a really good energy here. After a month of living here, I can confidently say it already feels like home ❤️ Thank you to everyone at Sky Building for making this such a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury apartment with a team that truly goes above and beyond.

I've lived in several apartment communities, and this is the first one that has genuinely felt like a home rather than just a place to rent. What stands out most is the team. Moni Coelho consistently goes above and beyond for residents. I've seen her personally stay involved with everything from vendor projects and delivery issues to resident concerns, and she always follows through. During a difficult personal safety matter, she handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern, which meant a lot to me. Yeny Carruitero and Nicole have also helped create a welcoming atmosphere that you notice the moment you walk into the office. The building feels friendly, approachable, and community-focused, and that starts with the people running it. Maintenance has been outstanding. When I had issues with my washer, the team responded immediately and replaced it without any hassle. They are consistently helpful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. The community is very dog-friendly, highly walkable, and surprisingly convenient for guests with available street parking. More importantly, residents are treated with respect and requests are handled quickly. Thank you to Moni, Yeny, Nicole, the maintenance team, and everyone at N.R. Investments for creating a community where people truly feel heard and valued.
