Legacy at Tamarac

I’ve had a great experience living at Legacy at Tamarac! The management team really goes above and beyond to create a strong sense of community. They regularly host fun events like pizza and prosecco mixers, giveaways, and even offer incentives for paying rent on time, which is such a nice bonus. The grounds are always immaculate, and you can tell the property is very well cared for. The maintenance team is amazing. They’re constantly out cleaning and keeping everything in top shape, and they respond to requests quickly and efficiently. Overall, it’s a well-run, welcoming community that truly values its residents. I highly recommend living here!

I went over to Legacy at Tamarac to sign my lease renewal for Lakeview with Annie. She was extremely helpful and generous, before even having to sign my lease 2 months prior. She committed to making her best efforts to not do an increase due to my situation. Thanks to her and her help, I have decided to sign my lease this upcoming April. Thank you Annie!

A very nice property as it is new but there are many issues with mold and extreme amount of dust in the apartment and people leaving due to it. Leasing office is supposed to open Saturday according to the website but it’s not, & to get in contact via phone or email is impossible. Parking rules use to be enforced as they are no longer and many residents are hanging out in the parking lot and trashing them. The trash area is beyond nasty as people just let their trash pile up in front of the door. The old maintenance crew used to use a leaf blower and clean every levels hallway floors and they use the pressure wash every so often and that’s not being done anymore. I would think before moving here as it’s nice on the outside but underlining issues inside with no solution or care.

"ZERO stars" I lived here when the building was brand new, and recently passing by reminded me just how horrible my experience was. The biggest issue was management and the leasing office, specifically Julie and Anna. They were unprofessional, difficult to deal with, and created a very uncomfortable environment. Anna also lives on the property and was extremely nosy, which crossed personal boundaries and made living there unpleasant. My lease was not renewed, and honestly, thank God. This leasing office is bad for business. If this were my property, I would not want people like that representing it. Overall, very poor management and not a place I would ever recommend. After reading through the reviews, the 1-star reviews are very accurate. It honestly feels like the 5-star reviews may have been requested or encouraged, because there is no way the experiences match up. Additionally, the so called “Owner” responses are actually coming from the same on site property management, which is ironic given the issues described and makes the replies feel misleading.

I recently tried to apply for an apartment here, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The property itself is beautiful, but the management is a complete mess. The application process was chaotic and unorganized, and because of that I decided not to move forward with renting here. I also requested a refund of the $600 application fee due to all the issues, but it was denied, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. It’s a shame because the place looks great, but the poor management and lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience. I would recommend being very careful before applying here.
