I really have enjoyed living here the last 4 years and its bitter sweet that I will be moving out this month. When I read the reviews prior to moving here I was afraid. Then I remembered that people tend to only comment on the bad. The good is that this is a close community where neighbors lookout for eachother. The Management office has always been very responsive to anything I have needed . Carmen has been a pleasure to work with! The lake views and the amendeties have been while on the older side, all in working condition. I will miss this place!

Find Mr Myers and you'll be able to rent lease or buy with ease and an individual owner without a giant management company... property with lots of amenities I like it cuz there's only three floors. Particular buildings levels facing the water they're great you could buy in these building with no banks involved many people own and can sell their own properties and carry the mortgages for the new buyer there's 11 buildings 800 plus units no building over three stories easy to get to with the stairs or elevator parking is local to the building itself so you can carry groceries in easily

Building definitely need a face-lift.
