This community offers modern, spacious townhomes in a quiet and secure neighborhood with excellent amenities like a clubhouse, gym, pool, and dog park, all conveniently located near major highways and beaches. Residents consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, who are noted for making the leasing and move-in process smooth and stress-free. However, some residents have reported issues with slow maintenance responses and a malfunctioning call box at the gate that delivers electric shocks, which is a safety concern.

The leasing office ladies were super helpful throughout the whole process and always friendly whenever I had questions. The townhomes are brand new, modern, and really nice. Overall it’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

Lee was absolutely amazing throughout the entire leasing process! She was incredibly professional, kind, and responsive from start to finish. She always followed up promptly, answered every question I had, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and provides such excellent customer service. If you’re looking to lease here, I highly recommend working with Lee. She truly goes above and beyond!
