Icon Apartments

I come to the Icon regularly, as I have several friends living in the building. This building has such a positive and friendly energy every time I walk in! I honestly believe the team behind this incredible atmosphere is the Concierge Team. I am always greeted with a "hello" and a smile! I am usually there days and have dealt with Concierge Bryan & Robin who are both exceptional but my friends in the building rave about the entire team. They are also impressed with the maintenance team and Bryan and the office crew! Keep up the good work 5th Avenue Concierge and the entire TRG Team! If I didn't have a lease I would be living there myself!

I visited Icon Las Olas for a client meeting and had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. At my client’s request, Mr. Campos, one of the supervisors, kindly showed us part of the facilities. Even though it wasn’t really his area, he took the time to assist us with genuine kindness and professionalism. The building is in a great location — a quiet area with access to the waterway, and just steps away from excellent restaurants and art galleries you can easily explore on foot. The visit made me think this could be a perfect place to stay for a longer trip. Highly recommended!

Icon Las Olas is truly one of the premier buildings in South Florida. The views are absolutely breathtaking — both of the ocean and the city — easily among the best you’ll find anywhere in the area. The property itself is modern, elegant, and meticulously maintained, creating an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Between the stunning amenities, prime Las Olas location, and unbeatable scenery, it sets the bar for luxury living.

Bryan Jacob’s has been a great Building Manager. We have been in the building for about a year and half. Since he took ever he is extremely proactive at getting things done with the building. He’s always listening to comments and concerns and does his best to address them as quickly as possible. And most importantly he communicates to the Icon community as much as possible. Which I think brings a lot of understanding within the icon building to the minor issues that we have like the elevators for example. We hope to have Bryan as our building manager for years to come!

I will say we love living here so far, (2 months) The staff, cleaning, valet, front desk have all been amazing, accommodating, and attentive to residents needs. To name a few, Bryan asst mgr, Bryan concierge, Jos, Dee, Ezekiel, are all exemplary employees. I named them because we typically interact with them on a daily basis. I met Carolina the new property manager a few times and she’s very nice. Anytime I text Bryan (asst mgr) he immediately responds that he’s on it. I have sent him a few minor issues since we’ve been here and he got them resolved immediately. The building is starting to show its age, but the manager Carolina sent an email stating what is planned for repairs, cleaning, renovation, or replacement. I can honestly say we’ve noticed things already getting done in the short time we’ve been here. All positive changes. We love that they’re aware and on top of things. Regarding the elevators, we live in the north side so our elevators only service 3 apartments per floor versus 5 on the south side. Management does send out a notification for move ins, elevator repairs, elevator maintenance etc. to make you aware of upcoming delays. The apartment is amazing, the layout, floor, and view, everything about it. It just feels like home. Looking forward to the remainder of our lease, and possible renewal.
