I’ve really enjoyed living here! The amenities are amazing, and one of my favorite things is how much natural sunlight we get throughout the day all the way until sunset. ☀️ The building is always clean and well maintained, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been so kind and welcoming. The neighbors are also great, which makes the whole community feel comfortable and friendly. Overall, it’s been a really great place to call home!

I just toured Hanover Riverwalk with Emma and was genuinely impressed. The team was so warm and professional, and Emma was knowledgeable, patient, and so kind. The interiors are refined and modern, and the amenities feel truly elevated: resort-style pool, well-equipped gym, private offices, and a common lounge with a full catering kitchen for real hosting. The extras stand out: a golf simulator, outdoor grilling stations and fun outdoor activities, just to name a few . All of it feels intentional and genuinely upscale. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment with all the bells and whistles in the Fort Lauderdale area, don’t miss this spot and ask for Emma!!
