Many residents appreciate the spacious apartments, generally quiet atmosphere, and quick response times from the maintenance team, who are often praised for their efficiency and friendliness. However, some common frustrations include frequent issues with amenities like broken gates and elevators, occasional pest problems, and concerns about rising rent prices. Prospective residents should consider these points and discuss any specific concerns with the management team.

My mom has been a resident for many years and I have been helping her in renewing her léase and this time has been a very nice smooth process. Liset, the New assistant manager has been very professional, caring and informative. She has taking the time to explain the full process from day one; it really makes a difference and I am very pleased with her service. I truly recommend renting here.

1 STAR — MOVING OUT OF THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST PART OF LIVING HERE. The only redeeming quality of this property was the square footage — and even that was nowhere near worth the chaos, stress, and complete lack of professionalism that came with living there. By the end of my lease, the building felt less like an apartment complex and more like a construction site people were somehow expected to pay premium prices to survive in. For months, residents dealt with nonstop construction noise, scaffolding everywhere, blocked stairwells, broken gates, elevators constantly out of service, and large sections of the property marked “DANGER – DO NOT ENTER” and “HARD HAT ZONE.” None of this was meaningfully disclosed before move-in. There was no rent relief, no accountability, and no real acknowledgment of how disruptive these conditions were. Management communication was one of the worst parts of the experience. Emails routinely went unanswered unless followed up on repeatedly, and when responses finally came, they were often vague, dismissive, or completely unhelpful. Once the lease was signed and rent was collected, basic tenant concerns felt irrelevant. Security was another ongoing issue. The property advertised itself as gated and secure, but the gate was frequently broken or left open, and building entrances were often unlocked. It rarely felt secure despite how heavily that feature was marketed. To make things worse, long-term tenants appeared to be paying significantly more than new residents for comparable units. My unit remained outdated — old countertops, aging cabinetry, worn finishes — while renovated units were marketed aggressively to attract new tenants at lower rates. Meanwhile, existing residents were expected to continue overpaying while living through construction and constant disruption. During my time there, I dealt with repeated leaks from the unit above that damaged personal property, nonstop noise, broken gates, blocked access points, disruptive neighbors, and maintenance issues that dragged on with little urgency. None of these problems felt isolated. It felt systemic. And somehow, the security deposit situation perfectly summarized the entire experience. I received notice that my deposit was ready for pickup, so I emailed the leasing office to confirm their office hours before leaving work early and driving over. I received a response confirming they were open until 6 PM. I arrived around 5:35 PM that same day to find the office completely dark, locked, and empty. I called multiple times. No answer. I emailed repeatedly over several days and received no response. That moment honestly captured everything about living here: doing your due diligence, trying to communicate professionally, and still being met with complete silence and zero accountability. Looking back, this property seemed far more focused on appearances and attracting new tenants than maintaining a safe, functional, and professionally managed living environment for the people already living there. If you are considering moving here, read the recent reviews carefully and ask very specific questions before signing anything.
