I am in awe of how exceptional the customer service and care I received from my tour with Mrs.Angelicke. She’s thoughtful, patient and cares about the future residents. Any questions I asked was met with accommodating answers and helpful information for me and my family. I couldn’t have asked for a better viewing of such a wonderful establishment! She made the tour feel like a breeze and show cased the floor plans in a decisive and coordinated fashion.

The maintenance came to my apartment to do a pest control. The left my apartment door unlocked when they left! Unacceptable! I informed The management right the way. A day later - no response.

Angelique in leasing was great. Modern building, clean, safe, and she truly took my needs into consideration when personalizing the building tour. She understood my need for quiet and light and chose units accordingly. Friendly receptionist and loved the whole experience. Glad I visited!

I used to love living here...but after 9+ months of one elevator and DAYS at a time living on a high floor with NO ELEVATOR, I can't in good conscience recommend moving in here. Management has not been able to keep us updated meaningfully about repairs and things are allowed to be down when they're not in the leasing office. It's a great location and neighborhood with nice neighbors...but if something large goes wrong it looks like it stays wrong for M-O-N-T-H-S with no end in sight.
