I’ve been living in this association for almost 20 years and as the years go by, this place is just getting worse and worse. The association is very indecisive about the gate system which is causing the owners money again and again. I paid for a transponder for my vehicle, which they provided to me but it didn’t work (seems to always be the issues with most of it) so Dennis (who’s in charge of this area) provided me a temporary transponder until he can figure out why the original one won’t work. For months I used the temporary transponder because when I asked Dennis again about my transponder I paid for and never got, he told me that the association was changing the gate system yet again and a new transponder will be needed then so I should wait until this happens and then he’ll give me my transponder. For months on end again, I didn’t need the temporary transponder to enter the complex because the gate was open to everyone. Now the system is going up and Dennis is telling me that I’ll have to pay for the new transponder. I asked, what about the money I gave you for the transponder I never received, he blatantly tells me that I’ll have to pay for the new one and won’t address the transponder I paid for but never received. Beyond this issue, association is constantly assessing owners for things like the elevator (which apparently was repaired but broken again for months on end, the pool which is always closed in the summer, security system always down so we get a lot of breaking in of our cars. It’s awful here and the people in charge are so unprofessional and rude. Please don’t consider buying in this place. They are thieves and heartless!! I so over this association…

Great place to live! My family and I enjoy the quiet time over here Just a little noisy at night when people walk by the windows. Other then that the maintenance guys are well manner and they do a wonderful job keeping up with the place The pool is amazing The viewing of the pond is breathtaking Thank you!

Cypress Chase North is the best condo with all its amenities. The pool, gym and club house is very clean, very nice environment withs security gates. It's accommodating and is very close to major highways and shopping centers. Inside the units are very spacious with bright outdoor view of the lake. I highly recommended this condo to anyone looking to buy in a peaceful and naturing community.

Been living here for 28 years and this place keeps getting horrible. This place desperately needs professional management because everyone here is so unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. As a veteran with an emotional support animal, the association made it a living nightmare to accommodate my pet and the constant harassment I would face is totally unacceptable, even when I had proof of having a doctor’s letter. You can’t even sit by the beautiful lake and have a peaceful moment. This place has gone to ruins over the years and the current management is very pitiful. My advice, DON’T move here. Unless you like made up rules and people who clearly don’t know how to run an association, this place is NOT recommended. It’s a total tyrannical association here. A one star rating is too good for this place.

The complex is horrible, the gate security is horrible all the gate Booth does is site there go on there phone and leave the gate open or if it is another person all you have to say it drop-off and your good. Also with all the money we are paying this complex the can't replace the pole that's supposed to stop people at the gate so half the time it broken and we have to wait in this big freaking line meant for guest. Now another thing is the pool, the keep asking for maintenance money when the pool still has not been fixed since the beginning of the the summer. I could of built 6 pools and still have money left. Bad bad bad do not move here.
