We’ve been here since 2017, (Building A). Good location and close to the beach, two hospitals, banks, CVS and a lot of restaurants (fast food, casual, and fine dining) that are in walking distance I gave this review of 3 stars, it could’ve been higher, but by our third year here summer 2020…The German COCKROACHES appeared out of nowhere (so bad that a neighbor who passed away two years ago literally knocked on several of our doors and asked “Are you having a bug problem like I am.”….I'm not sure if she was the cause of this and wanted to kind of cover it up or simply she really was concerned..anyway she has passed away) and are now out of control. They send an exterminator once a month, but he’s in and out within 2 minutes (it’s not an exaggeration)…little spray alongside the bathtub, little spray alongside one lower kitchen cabinet, a little spray alongside the second bathroom toilet. That’s it. I’m not sure if the the two buildings (B & C) are having this problem and maybe tenting the building would even get rid of this, or by changing exterminators. (At this moment Raid Cockroach spray and Boric Acid seem to be the only things that give immediate (temporary) results.. instead of Permanent results.

A person named Grace called the tow truck and it hadn't been more than 10 minutes when I was at a Guess stand and confused I went to the other building when I came back the tow truck was already taking my car. If this person doesn't pay I will take him to court because it hadn't even been 10 minutes when the tow truck was taking my new car.
