While some residents praise the spacious, modern units and the helpfulness of specific staff members in the leasing and maintenance teams, the overall living experience seems to be significantly hampered by ongoing issues. Many residents report persistent problems with property maintenance, including overflowing trash, pet waste, and frequent issues with the front gate, leading to security concerns. Additionally, there are repeated mentions of pest infestations, unaddressed maintenance requests, and inconsistent billing, suggesting a need for more consistent management and upkeep.

ZERO STARS! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Cielo Point is one of the most poorly managed apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. Management, under Jose, has allowed this property to deteriorate into an unsafe and frustrating place to call home. The front gate is constantly broken, leaving the property wide open so anyone can walk or drive in at any time. There is little to no sense of security, and as a resident, I don’t even feel safe walking outside my own apartment. Safety should be the bare minimum, but that clearly isn’t a priority here. To make matters worse, there was a recent fatal shooting reported at the property within the last 24 hours. It’s been covered by local news, and it’s deeply concerning to residents. Combined with the lack of functioning security measures, it only reinforces how unsafe this community feels. Beyond the safety concerns, the property is poorly maintained and feels completely neglected. Living here has been one disappointment after another. If I had known what I know now, I never would have signed a lease here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. I cannot wait for my lease to be over.

DON’T MOVE HERE! RUN!! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT….. If I could give zero stars, I would. I moved into Cielo Point with high expectations considering the amount of rent residents pay, but this has been one of the most disappointing living experiences I’ve ever had. Since moving in, the front gate has been broken for extended periods of time, allowing virtually anyone to enter the community without a proper registration or guest verification process. As a resident, this creates serious security concerns and defeats the purpose of living in a gated community. To make matters worse, the sewage system has failed multiple times. Raw sewage and feces-contaminated water have overflowed throughout the property, creating horrific odors and unsanitary living conditions. On more than one occasion, sewage has backed up into my own toilet. This is not only disgusting and embarrassing, but it is also a serious health and safety concern that no resident should ever have to experience. Parking is another nightmare. There is rarely adequate parking available, especially for residents who work late hours. As a healthcare professional who often gets off work at night, I frequently struggle to find parking when I get home. A functioning gate system and proper guest registration process would likely help reduce this issue significantly. The amenities are poorly maintained and often dirty. Dog waste is everywhere throughout the property, making it unpleasant to walk around the community. Common areas do not appear to be cleaned regularly, and overall property upkeep is severely lacking. Residents are charged for valet trash service, yet the trash is frequently not collected. I’ve reached the point where I simply take my own trash out because I can’t rely on the service being provided. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and often left unsecured, creating additional cleanliness and pest concerns. Another frustrating issue is billing. My rent amount seems to vary from month to month without clear explanation, making it difficult to understand exactly what I’m being charged. Additionally, several maintenance concerns I reported when I first moved in remain unresolved to this day. Perhaps the most frustrating part is management’s response. Jose, the Property Manager, and Isiah, a leasing associate, have consistently come across as dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to provide meaningful solutions. Instead of taking accountability and addressing residents’ concerns, interactions often leave you feeling ignored and unheard. For the amount residents pay to live here, the level of service, maintenance, cleanliness, security, and professionalism is completely unacceptable. My advice: Run. Don’t think about living here. There are far better communities where your money will be valued and basic living standards are actually maintained.
