I would like to start by saying Miss Prem is amazing! She's so professional and well prepared. She made sure that I understood everything I was signing. She was very patient and kind towards me. She made sure that I was comfortable, she offered me water and because I have issues with my mobility, she stood by the door to make sure I got to my car safely. She is the best! My experience at Canterbury Palms has been a pleasure. I absolutely love my apartment. The property is so well maintained, so clean. I haven't had to call the office for anything. I work the nightshift and I need peace and quiet, I haven't heard any noise. When I leave for work at night, the property is well lit, there is no loud music playing,and there are no people hanging out. I feel quite safe. I will gladly be renewing my lease and will definitely be recommending Canterbury Palms to anyone needing an apartment.
