Trying to schedule a tour with this apartment complex has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. I drove 3 hours to view a two-bedroom unit that was listed as “available now” on both their website and Zillow, only to be told once I arrived that the unit was still occupied and unavailable. Communication with the office has also been very difficult. Getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible, and when I scheduled a virtual tour afterward, the call rang for only a couple of seconds before disconnecting. I then immediately received a message saying they “missed” me for the appointment. The worst part is the tour was scheduled for next week so why are you calling me today? Overall, the experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional, especially for prospective residents making long trips to view the property. Anyways I’m off to better things and places and I’m glad they showed me their true colors now because I can’t imagine actually renting from a company that operates like this. Do better!

Krystal and Ashley are the best

We booked a tour for an apartment in advance since we would be visiting Florida for the weekend. We arrived early for our tour and called to ask if there was any chance we could see it now since we were hoping to squeeze in another tour. They told us they were on lunch, so we told them we’d stay in the area for an hour and come back for our tour time. We came back and the office was still closed, however we heard multiple people laughing inside. We called them back and the lady told us our tour guide misheard us and thought we weren’t coming back. Regardless, she ended up telling us the apartment wasn’t ready because “the guys haven’t come yet” whatever that means. Why would we be able to book a tour for an apartment that isn’t ready? Lady on the phone was nice and apologetic but this place is a mess, beyond unorganized , and just a waste of time . We left super disappointed and irritated because our time was wasted and we could’ve seen another apartment that was worth looking at.

I have sent in my application 2wks ago and was told I was going to get a call back but yet have been able to get in contact with anyone. I have gone to the office on multiple occasions and no one is there.

Well, this place looks so much worse in person than on the website…. Don’t trust all these good reviews here as I did… it’s not worth it.
