Moving is never easy, and it was time to downsize after living in Fort Lauderdale for over 20 years. Finding Aviara Pompano Beach turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, Brenda and Yani have been absolutely incredible. They have treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion during a very challenging time in my life. They are always professional, responsive, and willing to help, and they’ve made me feel like more than just another resident. The community is well maintained, the location is great, and I’ve really come to love living in Pompano Beach. My apartment has been a wonderful place to start over, and I truly appreciate everything the management team has done to make me feel at home for me and my son. Thank you both Brenda & Yani 🤍

!BUYER BEWARE! AVIARA IS BEING SUED IN BROWARD COUNTY SMALL CLAIMS COURT They're accused of allowing dog feces to pile up on the property, leaving an elevator out of service for 22 days and counting. I'm a disabled resident and they're refusing accommodation for me that the law requires and management is even actively avoiding me by childish means( hiding) etc. They're accused of various schemes through their payment portal to charge extra money, such as charging for Aviara's renter's insurance, when the renter(s) have private renter's insurance (and has even filed a claim with help from the office). They're accused of posting bogus promotions online for 8 weeks free and manipulating individuals into paying for their own realtor by saying "Oh, the special was 6 weeks free." while stating Aviara pays for the realtor to prospective renters. Aviara is also accused of giving certain apartments more favorable rates and terms, saying amenities are optional and charging for them monthly, and for putting up 3 different versions of the posters regarding the pet pickup policy. The first poster said something to the effect of see something say something and be rewarded an Amazon gift card. I was picking up feces that didn't belong to my dogs and the problem kept getting worse (see other reviews.) One day alone, I photographed and picked up 13 piles of dog feces. I was told not to pick up anymore dog poop. The next day I picked up 10 piles anyway. I received 1 Amazon gift card from this "promotion". After this incident they changed the poster to say you MAY receive an Amazon gift card. Recently, the poster was replaced AGAIN that simply threatens fines for not picking up their pet's waste. As of this morning, I am still picking up other people's dog feces. I was forced to report them to the city for them to pick it up, EVEN AFTER I FILED A SMALL CLAIMS LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. It's my opinion that they're not cleaning up because there's said to be families on assistance here. Some residents have said the office is filling units with Air B n B rentals, so you never know who may live next to you, but I can't be certain of this. I even REMOVED a previous negative review I placed on Google because the manager Brenda complained about the review. I simply posted the maintenance guy was good, and he is. After the filing, my key fob quit working to my apartment. I caught them in various schemes trying to set me up for eviction. I'm a disabled, single woman, 43 years old. Since filing, there has been the 22 days on the 5th floor with no close working elevator There written ebidence of a refusal to refund insurance money that I found out was being charged to me AFTER filing the small claims suit. The office has displayed such mean, vicious, and childish behavior (even after I went OUT OF MY WAY to make it better) that I HAVE to warn people. I've been locked out many times because the doors close and lock behind you automatically If you call the maintenance line sometimes it won't transfer. The lockout line does/doesn't work and there is nobody here from the time they leave the office until "security" comes at 9pm. Wait til you meet the girl from building C. Woah! These are not misunderstandings. These are deliberate actions.

An excellent place to live and enjoy the view and its amenities; I highly recommend it.
