Currently live here. Beautiful property but there are some issues with pool cleanliness and other situations that shouldn’t exist at the price we pay for an apartment. Staff is very good which is nice, but that hasn’t translated to solving pool issues. They need to place Monofilament fishing line around the pool to keep away birds. And place an attendant to make sure people are following the rules and keep the area clean throughout the day.

I just toured this property, and it truly is a beautiful hidden gem. The location is fantastic, perfect if you love the beach like I do. The property was very clean, and the leasing agent was wonderful! Attentive, professional, and happy to answer all of our questions.
