Northwest Square

Overall, a great spot. We've been pleased with checking out the different vendors and eateries inside. Our only hiccup was a pricing misunderstanding on fresh produce where one watermelon was $12 although the sign said all produce $5 unless otherwise marked. We did not see clear markings for the melons, but next time we will ask and put it back next time. Nevertheless, a good addition to DeLand and a positive spot for the whole family. We drop in weekly and have had a good time here.

DeLand is lucky to have a venue such as Northwest Square. From going above and beyond while hosting our company Christmas Party, visiting all the unique shops inside and their courtyard offering the most relaxing place to sit and unwind after a long day…. This family owned local business is more than just that. It’s quickly become an integral part of our community! I hosted a celebration party for the Walk To End Alzheimer’s. We used the Pearce Chapel and held 38 people comfortably with room to spare. The communication was perfect and payment was easy. The room was set up and they helped me secure catering. 10/10

We were in need of an emergency replacement venue for a baby shower on a Friday afternoon the DAY BEFORE our event that could accommodate 80 people. We called Northwest Square and had this Ford Hall booked within an hour. The venue was exactly what we needed and is gorgeous! The brick walls inside added so much character to the space. Theresa was SO helpful, was immediately available to show us the venue and made the process of booking the venue so easy. Hannah was the coordinator the day of the event and she was always present and willing to help with anything that we needed. A/V equipment was there for us to use as well as the tables, chairs and linens. Everything went so well and the space worked out perfectly for us. I highly recommend Northwest Square for your upcoming event!

We hosted a bridal shower for my daughter in the Ford room at Northwest Square. It was incredible! Simply perfect. It was easy for our out of town guests to find, parking was easy, there were plenty of restrooms, and aesthetically, it fit the bill! There was plenty of room for people to walk around and talk to one another without being crowded. We hosted a men’s happy hour at Chapel Tap while all the women were at the bridal shower as well. It worked out perfectly for us. I would highly recommend this space!
