While some residents appreciate the friendly and responsive staff, particularly the maintenance team, who are often praised for their quick and professional work, the overall living experience seems to be quite mixed. Many reviews highlight ongoing issues with cleanliness, including trash accumulation in hallways and common areas, as well as problems with pest control and slow responses to maintenance requests for critical appliance repairs and water damage.

Lived here for almost 10 years. Management and maintenance does not respond to issues in a timely manner. The property is littered with trash that will be left for days. The trash that litters the parking lot attracts bugs into the already infested building. Cockroaches crawl on the hallways. Trash rooms pile high to almost the ceiling and left that way over the entire weekend. Maintenance does not prepare the property for the weekend. All you have to do is drive onto the property and see how poorly maintained it is. The side panels of the building are disgusting and trash litters the property line. Hallways have trash bag juice stains in the carpet, second floor and third floor hallways have horrible warping in the wood in the floor implying water damage. They used to do monthly pest control but no longer do that and that doesn’t help the property at all. Multiple units and tenants have had broken appliances and won’t be replaced for months. IE: neighbor had her fridge broken and they took months to replace. Couldn’t have cold food in her own home. My son’s bedroom flooded during an AC leak issue and management took two months to remedy the problem. It also left my sons room unusable and uninhabitable due to their water sitting mold and mildew began to form. It became a half hazard and I suffered personal property damage due to their negligence and they wouldn’t even offer me any sort of compensation on rent or anything. Stated they “don’t do anything like that.” Also looks like the property/management has offered new tenants a deal with leaving 5-star reviews as there is a suspicious amount of sudden 5-star reviews all at the same time - 4 months ago.

Property Manager and Regional Managers don’t care about their residents. I’ve been having issues with the property manager, as she’s never on the property whenever I need to speak with her. Property is advertised as a gated community but the gate has been broken for 7 ongoing 8 years. Property manager puts up fake Covid signs to prevent upper management from properly checking in on the community. Trash rooms that are supposed to be accessible to handicapped residents has been cut off. Trash litters the hallways and stairwells. 1 out of the 4 laundry rooms are fully working. The pool has been up and running maybe a whole months worth of time in the past year and a half. Been trying to get in contact with the Regional Manager for two months and left multiple messages, but they couldn’t be bothered. Edit 6/13/2026: Management looks like they bought out brand new tenants or bots to increase their review rating. Property is still littered with trash and bugs and the property still stinks. Whole building needs to be fumigated and inspected for mold. Management will also “lose” whatever deposits you paid if you lived here for several years.

I moved into Lexington Club in 2021 and since then we have gone through several maintenance teams/members. The team that is currently operating is top-notch and the best we’ve had since I’ve lived here. I can tell that they actually care about our maintenance issues & diligently work to correct any problems that come up. A big shout out to them for all they do for the residents. 👏🙌
