Deland Commons Apartments

Their signage posted for their parking lot is laughable when they include 1 post with 3 signs on it, expecting you to stop at it and block traffic coming in, in order to read said postage. I backed my vehicle in and got towed for $235. The signage is not clear and isn't even the first posted on said sign when you enter. This should be at every single parking spot if you're going to enforce this so heavily. Make sure every person holds up everyone in the parking lot so they can read the 3 signs on 1 post so you don't break any of their rules or you'll get towed for any reason.

The apartments themselves are lovely, but the abhorrent parking situation is almost enough to make you want to break your lease early. Residents continuously getting towed left and right even after paying the $135 parking fee because there is not enough spots in your designated section because they have more residents than they do spaces just isn’t fair. No warning, no call beforehand, your car is just gone. It’s obvious they have some kind of partnership with the local tow yard or else it wouldn’t be so frequent, and you know it’s bad when they include the tow yard contact card in your welcome package.

Quality Apartments, Zulia was extremely helpful in the move in process and was there anytime I had questions. Would highly recommend.

The awful staff makes fake reviews to make this place look good it is all a lie, DO NOT move here unless you want to be towed while you’re sleeping. The cable and internet is an extra $100 that they tell you about after you’ve paid your application fee, the valet trash that is late every single time is $25 extra, and any rent specials they do is not a free month of rent it is one month split over three months. Apartments are beautiful, but you can find another beautiful apartment somewhere you can PARK. DeLand commons needs to shut down.
