Yardly Crossings

I recently visited this community and I was genuinely impress from the moment I arrived. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, but what truly stood out was the management team. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience feel effortless. From the first greeting, Ms. Eden was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. If you're looking for a place where the management truly goes above and beyond, this community should be at the top of your list.

Everything was nice overall, and I want to start by saying the property itself seemed well-maintained. However, I scheduled an in-person tour because I expected someone to show me around and answer questions about the community. Instead, I felt like I was repeatedly encouraged to do a self-guided tour. I was told to come back afterward if I had questions, but no one showed me the amenities or provided much information during my visit. I was interested in learning about things like whether there was a dog spa, where the parks were located, and other community features, but I was continually directed to look online for information. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling somewhat brushed off rather than welcomed and informed. Again pushed to look online.

I just moved here at the beginning of this year and I absolutely love it! The staff are absolutely wonderful. Brenda and Eden are both amazing and made me feel completely welcomed when I moved in. They made it feel like home before it became my home. They are extremely helpful, kind, and have always had a positive attitude anytime I seen them. I want to give a big thanks to them and I also want to give a big thanks to the maintenance Orlando and Eli. I haven’t had many problems but any time I’ve had a problem they have always been quick to fix it which I love. The staff care about us and our homes as if it was theirs. They are completely outstanding. Brenda, Eden, Orlando, and Eli are extremely respectful and have always been quick to help me and fix any problems I have which I greatly appreciate. I couldn’t ask for better staff in a community like this, they are literally the best. Thank you to all you guys for making this home special and thank you for always keeping a positive attitude and helping any time I need it!!!

I’ve had a great experience living at Yardly Crossings Apartments! The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the staff is always helpful and professional. A huge shoutout to Brenda for being absolutely amazing throughout the process she’s kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She made everything so much easier and welcoming from the start. Highly recommend Yardly Crossings to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Brenda was super amazing throughout the whole move in process and with any questions we had! Nice amenities including pool, pickle and grill area. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Ask for Brenda she’ll take care of you!
