Whitepalm Luxury Apartment Homes

I have never written a review in the past but must share to be very careful if you move in here. 1st I moved in alone and 6 months into my lease found out I had a brain tumor and had to move to larger apt to move in someone who could help me out. I was charged $1,000 fee for changing units and an additional $300 non refundable pet fee for new unit (even though I just paid for old unit a $300 pet fee and they said place was fine no damage) and then now my new lease signed runs 13 months so mid year my renters insurance renewed automatically on my credit card and I was unaware that the apt did not have a copy. When they asked 3 days after renewal I provided them the copy showing there was no lapse. They charged me $50 with a note on my door that it need to be paid because I did not provide copy soon enough. Now mind you I overlook that my lease says it is a gated community however the gate is constantly broken and stays open several times. The maintenance staff is awesome and quickly responds though, they deserve credit.

The leasing agent Taelor was the absolute best. She was personable and knowledgeable. She made the whole move in process easy and non stressful. If you want a great apartment, and a simple move in process ask for Taelor.

I love it here! HUGE shout out to Taelor for helping us through the moving process. The property is beautiful, well maintained and full of friendly people.

Whenever we stop into the office we deal with Taelor, she's always so helpful and the nicest person ever. We don't even live at Whitepalm our daughter does, but we feel so at home every time we visit. Thank you taeloe and the whole staff at Whitepalm.
