We purchased our condo from original owners and have found this to be a sound building with regular maintenance and two paid onsite management staff. This is significant for a 45 unit condominium. Great location and proximity to all local tourist attractions.

Several condos. Near the sea, beautiful apartments. For monthly rental. Very clean.

This place is bad stay away But the people that live there are nice but the lady that works in the front office is NOT NICE stay away ⚠️⚠️

Condos are nice but the manger is discriminatory to pitbulls if you are an owner of one avoid this place. She tried to get my family to board our dogs within the last days of our trip. Then she had some random man (a maintenance man I guess) come in to our unit and “measure our blinds” WE DONT HAVE BLINDS, apart of some elaborate way to inspect our unit. The crazy part is part of the family actually let the guy in as he was waiting outside the main door trying to gain access to the building.
