Triton Cay Daytona Apartments

Triton Cay = Paradise! Since first discovering this oceanfront luxury apartment building, all my thoughts and dreams have come true. Relocating from Long Island New York, Zachary and his team made the rental process simple, seamless and pleasurable. A true lifestyle change for me and being oceanfront in a beach town was a no brainer. Triton Cay has far exceeded my expectations, my home for life!

I don’t typically leave reviews like this but when you’re paying a costly amount a month, I feel it’s important to share an honest experience. The biggest positive is the staff. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The residents have also been incredibly friendly, and it’s clear there’s a great sense of community here. My biggest concern is the direction the property is heading. Short-term rentals with a two-night minimum make this feel more like a hotel than the luxury apartment community we signed up for. I recently witnessed people hopping the beach access gate to use the pool, which raises concerns about security and resident privacy. I truly hope management preserves what makes this place special—the staff and the community—because those are by far Triton Cay’s greatest strengths.

Best apartment building I’ve ever lived in. Zachary and Summer are so wonderful in the leasing office and all of the residents here are so caring and kind. I just moved in and my movers have lost a lot of of my things. In just a few days, I have had five residents helped me with daily tasks and lending me items, and the leasing office even gave me a care package of basic necessities. It feels like home already. The pool and outdoor amenities are very clean and well kept. People are quiet and respectful. Lots of well behaved dogs!

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case. I will be. The apartment complex is well taken care of. The lobby. The amenities. All of it. For what you pay for, it is a bang for your buck. The community and other residents are nice. Saleena, Summer, and Zach do a great job running the facility and are great with feedback. Maintenance is on point, and all issues are handled in a professional and a timely manner. Triton Cay is one of those places where I don’t just invite anybody here. Why? Because I don’t want to ruin the quality of the place but inviting the wrong people here. Sea Foam Friday’s are also a lot of fun, as it is a great way to get all the residents to come together and be more neighborly. I strongly encourage the parent company of Triton Cay to do more of these events. It is a great way to meet your neighbors and make friends. It isn’t awkward and weird, but genuine fun. I am a pilot that is working on my next part of my career, and if I have to extend my current lease while I build my hours, I will not be upset with the idea at all. Only two comments for improvement—strongly suggest a garage door for both the upper and lower levels that are open all day and then closed at a certain time at night that then require the key fob to open (for safety reasons). Also the cabana areas should go back to their proper mattress on top and not beach chair with the pillows. Over all, great location, apartment, amenities, and facilities.
