I cannot express how thankful I am for the staff and management specifically Eileen and Marisa. They were extremely helpful with anything I needed and truly so kind. I moved to a different city but if I stayed in Daytona I would definitely have stayed here. My neighbors were so welcoming and I will miss living here. My building had a great community and never any trouble. I would recommend living here for anyone looking for a reasonable price and quiet environment.

Marisa and Eileen are very helpful and understanding. They went above and beyond to assist me in relocating. They were always responsive to my calls. The ensure the the community is kept nice and clean

I am extremely disappointed with my experience applying for this apartment community. I paid the application fee and was denied based on information reported in a background check. After investigating, I discovered the information was inaccurate and filed a dispute with the screening company. The disputed item was removed, and I was able to provide documentation showing that my background is clear. Despite correcting the error and providing proof, I was still denied. After spending time, money, and effort fixing a mistake that was not mine, I was left without a reasonable solution. As someone actively searching for housing, this process was incredibly stressful and frustrating. I understand that mistakes can happen with third-party screening companies, but I expected more consideration once the inaccurate information was corrected. Future applicants should be aware that even if an error on a background check is successfully disputed and removed, it may not change the outcome of their application. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this community.

This area used to be so bad and now it has turned around so much the apartments are much nicer the staff as well- Trevor came and helped my niece right away when her shower was acting up. They were fast and professional- the office lady’s Eileen and Marisa were so nice when my niece moved in and professional explained everything to her as it’s her first apt! I wouldn’t have recommended this place a few years ago but now I would definitely a big turn around

Our management team , including the maintenance staff, go the extra mile to keep the residents happy. Marissa and Eileen are awesome, they are Always on top of things, Thank you everyone for making this a great place to live👍.
