My son-in-law rents a place every year during the summer. It's right on the beach, has a small gym, pool and its clean.

Great summer vacation spot. No drive beach amazing staff and great pool beach was awesome as well. Condo was very clean and tighty absolutely recommend coming here. Best vacation ever♥️

Great place to stay. I would give it five stars really but there are probably other condos in that area with more amenities. Having said that, it has a heated pool, direct easy access to the beach, hose to rinse off, tennis courts, basketball, small fitness center, hotel-style luggage carts for loading and unloading luggage, two nice propane grills by the pool. Two fast elevators. It also has a library with books, dvds, puzzles, etc. This property is just south of the part of the beach that people can drive on, so no vehicle traffic. Great for fishing and surfing. 5 mins to Publix, 13 minutes to I-95. We would definitely stay again.
