Our comments are gonna be about the staff at the Sanibel Resort, Daytona Beach Shores, Fl. Part of the reason we come back every year is because of the staff working there! Angel, Eric and Cherie are very committed to the jobs that they have. Angel is always more than helpful, professional and pleasant, answering all the questions we have and dealing with any problem that might arise. Cherie does a phenomenal job keeping the place clean, in spite of people dragging all the sand into the resort. Eric keeps everything in working order and the pool and hot tub very clean. He also does a good job maintaining the garage and trash area. We appreciate their dedication, friendliness and top notch service!

I came out at 6 am to set up the canopy on Monday 6-2-25. Mawmaw uses a walker to get out with a person on each side to stabilize it. They shut off beach access. We're down here and told we can't walk back up. The car access is shut off a mile up. We Weren't notified. Its gonna be shut off all week. Sanibel doesn't have a ramp. The condo had a single golf cart to take people down, but its a 30 minute trip, and we can't get near our building. Beach trip ruined. Its 8 hours back home.
