They changed management quite a bit. But the office staff is wonderful and they actually listen to your needs. I love Sheila. She is a wonderful woman who is always there to hear your concerns. I love that Sheila is always here to listen and to try to help you solve your issue. Also, when my AC went down, Marvin and Roberto were very wonderful. They kept in touch with me. They brought up a portable unit. And they fought to get it fixed ASAP. We did go about four days without it, but with the portable unit we were able to at least have a room where we can go to feel cooler. Very knowledgeable very helpful and I hope they stick around. ❤️🙌

The staff was so pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. Sheila and the new property manager, Alicia, were both incredibly welcoming, and they even took the time to introduce me to the entire maintenance staff. I truly appreciate how friendly and accommodating everyone has been. I’m really looking forward to my stay at San Marco Apartments!

Me and my family had been living in this place for around 7-8 years and for the most part, we had no problems. In the past year or 2 living here, they changed administrations numerous times, and as a result of this, maintenance also changed. They hired new people and fired pretty much everyone that used to work there. Now, maintenance in those last years would barely fix anything. They would fix some things but they would take forever and you would have to keep reminding them. They took a week to fix the knob on the dryer, weeks to replace our broken dishwasher and oven, and just straight up never fixed much else from our work orders. One of those work order was MOLD. They had a guy look at it and they said they were gonna test it… they never came back ever. The mold got my family sick often to the point we decided to move out. Not only have I been getting mold, but our neighbors even got mold and they also never got it checked/fixed. If you’re looking to move here, I would NOT recommend it.
